Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday. If your order is placed before 1pm it will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Saturday is not classed as a working day.

​For all UK standard deliveries, Charming Beauty uses Royal Mail to fulfil all orders. 

This service is a 2-3 day tracked service from receipt of your order dispatch confirmation email

For all UK Express deliveries Charming Beauty uses Royal Mail 1st Class to fulfil all orders.

This service is a 1-2 day tracked service from receipt of your order dispatch confirmation email. If no-one is available to accept your delivery, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office for re-delivery. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a bank holiday, so please expect your delivery on the next working day.
